We empower children and families in Colorado

At the core of our success is a magical team: team members are experts in their fields and deeply dedicated to the success of each and every child.

Meet our team

Our clinicians are extraordinarily talented. Their life’s work is helping children achieve their full potential, and live rich, independent, happy lives where they contribute to and enhance the world around them.

Maddi McDonough

ABA South Regional Manager

Maddi earned her master’s degree in Education with a Specialty in ABA and Autism Spectrum Disorder. She has been in the field since 2015. Maddi’s areas of interest include Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS) and Early Intensive Behavioral Intervention (EIBI). She is also PECS Level 1 Certified and has completed Trauma-Informed Care (TIC) continuing education credit to help increase compassionate care in her practice of ABA. When asked what she loves about Woven, Maddi said, “I love that Woven wants to be effective and efficient for both our clients’ care and the care of our team members. I also love that Woven’s environment looks and feels like children belong here, it isn’t a sterile white building, but instead has nature artwork everywhere and it looks like a place for happy children.” Outside of work, Maddi enjoys hiking, reading, spending time with people she loves, and eating lots of great food.

You have a built-in network for all of life and career changes.” Outside of work, Steph enjoys camping, traveling, spending time with family, keeping up with her two kids, and enjoying the Colorado sun.

She is also interested in treating patients with trauma backgrounds. When asked what she loves about Woven, Jenny said “I love being able to work with a large group of OT’s and other disciplines. It is great to work in a place where you get to be super creative and have so much fun at your job!” Outside of work, Jenny loves camping, hiking, running, gardening, and reading. More than anything, she loves to spend time with her dogs!

I feel like it provides the best care for our patients to all be under one roof collaborating all of the time.” Outside of work, Nicole enjoys hiking, lifting weights, reading, skiing, spending time with friends and family (and her dog), and just being outside!

Joe Ancona

Hiring Manager

Joe attended Clemson University where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. He has the honor of finding the best therapists and administrative staff to join our amazing Woven team. He supports all candidates through the hiring life cycle and acts as a resource for them as they navigate learning more about Woven and our culture. When asked what he loves about Woven, Joe said “I adore our team here at Woven Care. Being able to be a part of a company that serves so many children and families in our community brings me an incredible amount of joy. Seeing the impact we are able to have on these kiddos is hard to beat. And having a collaborative and support team alongside me makes my job so much more enjoyable. Plus, we love having fun! I feel so lucky to be a part of this team.” Living in Colorado provides so many opportunities outside of Woven, and Joe loves spending time with his amazing family. In the warmer months, he is all about being outside either hiking, playing pickleball, or mountain biking. During the winter months, you will find Joe falling down the mountain on his skis or traveling. He also enjoys live music, so having Red Rocks in our backyard is amazing!
